Frequently Asked Questions
During that consultation we will get the chance to know each other, discuss your vision and what you are dreaming to accomplish during the photoshoot. Once I clearly understand your needs and desires, I will be able to create a specific quote for you. At this point, if you want to proceed with the photo session, you will pay a nonrefundable fee to save the date we both agree with.
I photograph everyday people. I do not choose my clients based on their appearance, age or other criteria because with the right posing, light and equipment, anyone can look like a model on a magazine cover. But more important than the technical aspects is our communication - this will make you feel relaxed and enjoy the photoshoot.
I strongly believe in the power of holding your photo in a printed format more than handing you a USB that will collect dust in a drawer. I offer a variety of printed products from premium reveal boxes to large matted prints, from handcrafted albums to wall art to decorate your entire home. It is never “old school” to have a printed portrait of yourself or of your family hanging on your living room wall. Plus, you would never be able to frame a USB and pass it on as a heirloom piece.
Immediately after the photo session you will choose your favorite photos and proceed to the payment. Once the payment is cleared, I will start retouching and send them to the lab for print. It usually takes about 3-4 weeks until you will hold your treasured images in your hand from the day of your photoshoot.
In today’s world anything can happen, so I am offering you one free reschedule option in a 2 months period if your session fee was paid in full. In case you cancel in the first 24 hours after we set up the shooting day and details, your refund will be paid in full if you do not want to reschedule. Any cancellation after that 24 hours time but no later than 48 hours, will be subject to a 50% refund, due to the entire nature of custom planning and scheduling involved in your personal photoshoot.
